SCOPE OF SERVICE Support Service for cases of massive crashes of the ElasticSearch Search Platform (NodeJs + ElasticSearch). It must cover critical outages of Search Services outside of business hours, weekends and holidays (see details)....the following scope: • Support Hours: Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 23:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 9:00 to 23:00.
