    I'm looking for a talented freelancer to help me automate a complex process. As of now, I manually gather numerical data from a variety of unstructured sources like images, text, and PDFs. This data includes formulas and is stored both on my local computer and the web. At present, I get ChatGPT to convert this data into a table which I then paste into excel. I do calculations in excel to find out what percent each ingredient is of a total formula. Then I create a new entry into a table in Airtable and paste this data into a different table in Airtable which references the first table.
