Hi, We're sole trader company but changing over to pty ltd in the coming months Currently, all our income arrives into one business account, expenses also but have some different cards we use - for example, a card ending in 1234 may be used for Fixed expenses and card 0123 may be used for non-fixed expenses. We send all our receipts to Receipt-bank, which is then connected to QuickBooks. The information in QB isn’t accurate because our current bookkeeper isn’t doing satisfactory work.
