We are looking for a remote customer service agent. This position involves: (1) accepting incoming customer service calls via web based call handling application, (2) returning customer calls via the same call handling application, (3) placing non-sales outbound calls using the same call handling application, (4) completing administrative, data entry, and web research tasks. The successful candidates for this role will be able to self train using an online knowledgebase. We do not provide 1:1 training. Candidates must pass a short online quiz, as well as a phone test.
