A league can only start if there is at least one real user active in that league. There are 10 leagues in my database. Nothing should happen if there is no active user linked to a league/team. Now, here's the exciting part. Every match should be generated at 00:00 with certain random variables. So, for example, if a player is in League 1, I want all matches in that league to be generated.
