I'm hoping you could help write some Arduino code that will download a gif from a static URL and then display it on an LED Matrix. I have this kit from Adfruit, , and the board has WiFi and can run Arduino. It meant to connect to the LED Matrix that comes in the kit. Adfruit has a tutorial and some code for getting the board to play gifs, but it only plays gifs from the local storage. As stated, I'd like to download and display gifs on the fly. Example: If I wanted to be surrounded by beaches and the sun I would want to be able to click a button and be completely surrounded by the beach with the sun and sky on the ceiling screens. I need help with a small Arduino FastLED project. I want to include this LED strip effect () in this project as an effect mode: There is also a small error in the project. I can switch effects with a push button. With a longer click of about 2 seconds, the controller goes into sleep mode. but if i hold the button longer than 3 seconds, the controller crashes.
