E-commerce Customer Service Rep

Our company is ready to bring on a part time customer service rep for our E-commerce stores. Chosen employee will work under our current customer service manager to handle 10-30 tickets per day which will usually take 1-4 hours per day.
Candidates must have experience with Etsy, Shopify and Freshdesk.
Flat monthly rate based on experience.
Fluent Spanish a plus.
