Call Center For Technical Support

We are one of the leading Distributors for Desktops and Notebooks across United States and other regions. Our customers get due warranty support for a fixed duration of time at the time of purchase, post which they extend their warranty. We are looking for Call Centers - Small and Medium who could offer technical trouble shooting support and call verifications, welcome calls and customer support to our existing customers. The sheet is attached as per the break-up of services and seats required by us. The following shall be the key areas of selection:- - The Center should be able to ramp up in 4-6 months of time. - The Center should have adequate supply of trained/skilled manpower. - Prior experience is although preferred however not a constraint for up coming Centers with a vision. - The Center should be able to independently manage technical step up. - We shall provide complete technical and training support. - The Center should have the capacity to run the business 24X& basis. - The Center should have its own technical team to coordinate with our technical staff for support.
