Our software has a facility thru which our customers can send email reminders to their customers. Few of our customers who recently moved their emails to Office365 are not able to send emails now. It was going earlier. The issue is, Office 365 accepts connections over TLS 1.2 and does not allow connections over TLS 1.0 and 1.1 which our software supports. Can you fix this? Temporarily, in the MS 365 admin settings we have turned on the Legacy TLS clients. But that is not a permanent solution.
