I graduated with a Business degree in 2014, and worked as customer service representative particularly in a Telecom Accounts. I loved working with customers and managing and growing my accounts, but the industry we were in just wasn’t very appealing to me. I stayed a few years and learned a ton about how to assist and manage customer's concern successfully and I ended up becoming a top performer in my group before leaving. I'm fast learner and competitive. I'm very open for new learning that can help me grow and improve as an individual.
