Need a sales manager to handle our leads .(India)

Hello, We need a sales manager to follow up with our leads . Works Details : We are marketing partner with Zerodha (the online discount brokerage firm in India ). You would need to talk with our prospective clients ( leads) and guide them on the steps for account opening ,to respond to their queries about brokerage ,charges etc and guide them on what are minimum documents they need to provide for demat and trading account opening on Zerodha. Requirement : Excellent Communication Skill ( in hindi and english ) . Basic knowledge about stock market *. You will be provided with a CRM software where you can see the potential customer's details and where you can directly call the customer or schedule your follow up call later in the day . it is a flexible job . No fix timing but you must work smart to take maximum number of the incoming leads in a day . you call your lead the prospective client and guide on account opening process online. *person with stock market knowledge will be preferred . I want to hire a sales guy from india on a commission based position. For one lead conversion. I will pay him commission of Rs.100 along with a monthly payment of 5000 INR fixed (even with no conversion).
