Online Order Database Website Creation

We produce and deliver meals for school systems and need an easy to use online platform for both the schools and our own internal production team to use. We receive meal and milk orders for schools and deliver those quantities to schools twice a week. We need an online dashboard to better automate this process. We need it to have the following functions: For the Schools- - each location needs an individual login/user portal and ordering dashboard for their school - dashboard needs to allow for order quantity adjustments (ie; 210 meals needed M-Th, 200 meals on Fri or 200 meals this week, 195 meals next week) - dashboard needs to allow for meal type adjustments (ie; 3 vegetarian meals, 1 nut free meal, 206 standard meals) - dashboard needs to be able to display a monthly menu for 3 meals/day- breakfast, lunch, and snack - school user portal needs to allow for automatic email alerts to and from our production team (ie; menu updates) For Our Production Team- - need ability to upload monthly menus to centralized dashboard (menu is the same across all school locations) - need ability to generate centralized production report across all schools (ie; 1500 total meals needed, 20 vegetarian, 6 nut free, 1 sweet potato free, 14 gluten free, 10 dairy free, 1449 standard meals, etc.) - need ability to see production/orders on a school level as well (ie; 100 meals for school A, 210 meals for school B w/1 nut free substitute, etc.) - need ability for website to cross reference schools' dietary restrictions with ingredients in each meal (ie; if a child cannot have ketchup and our menu has an item with ketchup as an ingredient, the system should flag this) - need dietary/allergen restriction cross referencing to account for more than one restriction as shown below: Meal on Menu: Pepperoni Pizza Ingredients Flagged: dairy, meat, gluten Total Kids at School: 150 Restricted Kid 1: allergic to dairy, gluten Restricted Kid 2: vegan (cannot have meat, dairy, animal products) Restricted Kid 3: allergic to gluten Correct Report: 147 Standard Meal (Pepperoni Pizza), 3 Alternative Meals (gluten free, vegan option) - website also needs the ability for our production team to upload new meals and their ingredient statements regularly - website needs be able to cross reference ALL ingredients for dietary/allergen conflicts, not just the standard Top 9 Allergens. We have kids allergic to anything and everything. The above items would be phase 1 of our website creation. We do have other items we'd like to eventually tie in that can also be discussed after this first phase. These can be considered a second project not included in this bid, but for reference phase 2 of this would include items like: invoicing/QBO integration, company about us page, additional school sites/users, etc.
