Basic Website Creation for Small Business

We are a small business that needs a website to more easily process orders, share files, and communicate with our clients. We provide meal services on a per-meal basis and have a mix of regular standing orders and fluctuating orders with dietary substitutions or quantities that change. We currently receive order submissions and substitution requests from our clients through email and they are processed manually.
We'd like a website where clients can login, place their order, make adjustments as they need, send us a message, and upload documents for us to review as required. We'd like the website to generate POs, invoices, and packing slips for each client.
In addition, we'd like the website to generate a summary of all the meals ordered across all clients so we know the total number we need to produce of each meal type, including substitutions or exceptions.
The two main goals of the website are 1. Easy ordering and use for the client, and 2. Easy visibility and processing for our business.
We'd like to get this website built and up and running as soon as possible.
