Build a website

I have a website that i need to be built. I have found an example of what i am after, or its exactly what i am after to be presis. Its some minor changes that has to be made aswell, the site is in english, but mine has to be translated. I will do all the traslating but i need help getting it transalted into the store. It should first be built in english. I have also some othe minor changes i want to make but it should primarily look exactly the same. This is the example site: [login to view URL] Please write me a couple of words on how you think you will make the page, if you will build everything from scratch, if you are thinking of using a cmr Etc. The design also has to be different, i am thinking that it may be clever to make the design psd first and the start to code the thing.. The budget is just a suggestion, if you think it too small or to large, please let me know. Looking forward to work with some of you!
