I'm in need of an experienced developer to create a Google Spreadsheet plugin for me. This is somewhat of a specialized skill as it involves working within the Google Workspace developing environment.

Key Requirements:

* Able to push through the complexities of Google's Workspace and create a plugin which is able to export mixed data types, both numerical and textual, from the spreadsheet.

* Knowledge about data conversion as that is another main feature of the plugin.

* Utilize webhook API in exporting data from the spreadsheet.

Ideal Expertise:

* Experience in creating Google Spreadsheet plugins.

* Knowledge and experience in working with APIs.

* Well-versed in data exportation and conversion.
