Student and Tutor match making

Description of the project is shown in this doc. You must have good English skills, work from 9am to 2pm or from 2pm to 8pm. This is commission based and small fixed cost project base assignment based on performance tutor match making, study guide selling and link and blog posting selling business. Do not apply if you want just an hourly this job, this is not just an hourly job, in this job it's either you work and make money or you do not work and no money, but as long as you are working you would be getting revenue share from the company on link selling, study guide selling and match making tutors with students. 3 streams of revenue for you to manage. You must have good English skills, great communication skills, and be web savvy, and worked before in sales position, and know how to talk on the phone. If you do not know how to talk on the phone do not apply. You can start of with processing couple of tutors who already registered and enrolling them and gathering list of all links that we already sold and seeing when the next renewal date for these link are. We can start you off with fixed based project to process couple of tutors and student clients to see how well you do and then if we decide to hire you on continuous basis based on your performance we will pay small hourly rate of 4 dollars an hour. We will check how well you respond, how well you communicate, how well you type, how well you write. Right now we have couple of clients (parents who left their voice mail already in the mail box and looking for bunch of tutors we will see how you can react and how you can make the match happen) Training will be provided, but you will be expected to train on your own as well outside of the hours and be quick in communicating. This can be either very lucrative position for someone who knows how to communicate or can be bad position. Also another perk is... if by any chance you are from America, or Canada and happen to be good in some subject, then you can also tutor and make more money... as additional incentive for you... however it depends on what subject you are good in and whether or not we specialize in it and whether or not there is feasibility in this for you and us..but initially you can do that also.
