Funded FinTech Startup Seeking HR Consultant
min $50 USD / hour
We're an early stage startup in the FinTech space that just closed funding. We're looking for an experienced consultant to help us setup our HR/Recruitment capacity - specifically:
- get our health benefits package set
- ensure basic compliance requirements are understood and integrated into company processes
- get the recruitment and on-boarding pipeline setup and running for key recruits (Engineering Team, Head of Security, Head of Compliance, Head of Finance)
- hand off responsibilities to our Operations Manager.
You must have done this previously with a high-growth startup.
We would prefer to work with someone based in South Florida.
