I've checked out your project and your website and understand what you require however I would firstly recommend trying a more analytical approach to your campaign such as using a Google AdWords campaign and linking it up to Google Analytics so we can see what your users are doing when they click your ads. Understanding user behaviour allows you to change and improve your website to increase conversions such as leads or contact inquiries or in your case, even Skype sessions.
