OUTBOUND CALL PROJECT THIS IS AN OUTBOUND SALES PROJECT CALLING THE USA MARKET. THIS IS A ONE TIME SALES CALL WITH PRODUCT COSTING $69.95 COMPUTER TECH SUPPORT TO CONSUMERS FOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE OF THEIR PC. Gold Service Membership – Annual Fee $99.95 Silver Service Membership- 6 month Fee $59.95 One time support call (NO MEMBERSHIP) is $49.95 On site tech rep priced based on time and location. Business service will cover up to 3 computers $199.95 Additional computers can be added after original sign up of service. - 24/7 technical TIER 1 support by our MS certified engineers - Remote access to your desktop/laptop to provide real-time support - Unlimited 24/7 web-based online support using our first class web chat support application - Unlimited services support via email. Send us your questions/issues via email. Our technical staff provides 24/7 email supports to help you resolve any issues. - Unlimited usage of our online knowledge database to provide solutions to most of your issues. - Weekly automated tune-up program. This service is to automatically check, clean and optimize your PC and proactively protect your PC. - Our remote technical support services include: Windows issues, virus, spyware, MS software, Adobe, IE, printer setup, network/wireless network setup, etc. - Dispatch onsite engineers if needed for hardware issues. COST IS CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY PAYOUTS TO CENTER ARE AS FOLLOWS: CENTER WILL RECEIVE $75.00 PER SALE FOR GOLD AND SILVER $40 PER SALE. BUSINESS SALES ARE $105 TO $300 PAYOUTS PER SALE. PAY CYCLE IS BILL 1ST AND 15TH MONTH PAYMENT IN 7 DAYS. ADDITIONAL REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SELL ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO THE CONSUMER AND RECEIVE 30% OF TOTAL REVENUE SOLD. QUALIFICATIONS OF CENTER THE CENTER WILL NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND SALES CENTER. THE CENTER CAN NOT BE A DIVISION OF OR OWNED BY ANY COMPANY THAT HAS ANY OWNERSHIP OR AFFILIATION WITH ANY IT COMPANY OR COMPUTER COMPANY. THEY WILL ALSO NEED TO SHOW IN DETAIL THAT THEY ARE EXPERIENCED IN SALES PROCESSES AND KNOW HOW TO TAKE FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND ALSO KNOW HOW TO DO THE VERIFICATION PROCESS TO INSURE THAT ALL SALES ARE DONE CORRECTLY AND THAT THE CONSUMER HAS AGREED TO ALL TERMS OF THE SALE. ALL SALES MUST BE RECORDED. CALLING DATA OR LIST CENTERS WILL BE SUPPLYING THE CALLING DATA FOR CONSUMER CALLING AND BUSINESS DATA IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CENTER. TRAINING TRAINING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CALL CENTER TRAINING STAFF. SOME MATERIALS WILL BE SUPPLIED. SELLING PROCESS WITH CONTENT AND CLOSING WILL BE DONE BY CENTER TRAINER. THIS IS A SIMPLE PROGRAM AND THE LENGTH OF TRAINING SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 2-3 DAYS. REBUTTAL OBJECTIONS SHOULD BE CREATED BY THE CENTER ALONG WITH Q AND A. WHEN CAN YOU START CALLING?
