We are a documentary distributor looking for a freelancer to proofread and correct, where necessary, a French subtitle file that has already undergone some correction, but needs further finessing. Ideally, you will be a native French speaker, or have a C2 level of proficiency (CEFR). We will provide a screener for the film in English, a link to the trailer and the English subtitle files for both to help provide context. We will then send you the French subtitle files for the film and trailer, both of which will need to be corrected/finessed and returned to us. The film is 45 minutes long and we will pay you £40 for the project. It is quite urgent, and so we would like to have the film back as soon as possible - tomorrow or the next day, ideally. If you do a good job, we may be able to send more work of this kind your way in the future. Let us know if you are interested!
