Need a credit card owner from a specific country

Hi! I have a website where I sell accessories. I want to accept credit card payments and for this I need to use a payment processor. Unfortunately, there are no good payment processors in my country so I need a citizen of these countries who has a credit card or wants to make one to get 1% of all my transactions. This implies no risk, and gives a passive income for the owner, I am forced by my citizenship to look for someone in another country. Basically, the owner of the card will need to create an account on a payment processor which I will give and will have all the access to data. This means you just have an account, you don't pay anything for the account, because it takes just commission when someone makes a payment on the website, and I pay you for your citizenship and for using your card.
