I have different projects and we have been thinking of either expanding our business and putting up a branch of our corporation from Asia or build a new corporation/company within Lisbon and/or its suburbs like Estoril, Cascais, Sintra, etc.

In essence, I need to know if it's easier, cheaper and more feasible for us to start from scratch and start our own company here in Portugal or to have a branch here from our own parent company. I need to back my decision/s with real life data, extensive research and of course from personal experience.
