Hi, I'm looking for someone who can create a live Chat Support for my Yahoo Store. Something like what Freelancer has at the bottom of the page.
I also need this person to be able to answer customers questions by phone for 31 days. We have a 800 number that would be forwarded to your phone. You must have a quiet environment to answer calls and be available from 11am- 6pm -New York Time.
At this time we rarely get calls (about 1- 4 calls per month) but I am having SEO work done so that may change.
We sell Wedding and party favors. These are gifts you give to the people that come to your celebration.
Must be professional and know how to speak to customer politely.
Just answer there questions about products or our store policies, you will not have to process any orders.
