Adding basic CRM functions to an existing website

The client has an existing website, www.yoursolarmate.com. We are happy with this as a basic website, but we need more functionality added to the customer and admin login portals. Attached a PDF and excel file (a separate sheet for each page) explaining the additions we are looking for. The original web developer is quoting what we consider to be far too much for this additional work, and so we are looking for other bids. We would need to explain the foundation of our website to make sure the new developer would have a very clear understanding of the purpose of our website. We realize that you may not fully understand the requests in these attachments until you get a chance to browse the admin and customer login portals, but we are looking for a rough estimate for this work.
Also, we would like to see examples of CRM-type websites you have created before talking any more about this job.
Overall, we are trying to make our basic website turn into more of a VERY basic CRM software.
