At present, the frontage of my villa consists of a low box hedge, a small strip of lawn and a corresponding strip of raised planting bordering an old concrete path to my front door. There is a camellia which is going to be removed. Possibilities include removal of the lawn and the strip of raised planting, thereby creating a larger flat area, landscaping it with pavers or a deck, and replacing the concrete path with pavers.
