I have pre-existing source code that roughly functions as follows: when a user sends a message to my Telegram bot, bot_a, the code iteratively calls APIs listed in the account to forward the user's message text to bots bot_b, bot_c, and bot_d. After waiting to receive replies from bot_b, bot_c, and bot_d, if bot_b does not respond, a predetermined text is assigned as bot_b's reply. The replies from the three bots are then merged and processed, and the resulting text is sent back to the user by bot_a. However, during testing: when I send messages to bot_a, sometimes bot_a sends me the processed text multiple times, and other times bot_a does not respond at all.
