I'm looking for a copyright lawyer to help me with copyright infringement. I am not looking for advice on how to protect my own copyright, and I have all the relevant documents ready. A copyright troll law firm (Higbee and Associates) has threatened to sue me over two photos I allegedly had on my fitness blog (I took all the photos down off my blog and replaced them with custom pics). Attached is our company logo we need slightly updated, here are the updates we need done: 1) The brightness of the colors don't match each other very well. We still need to keep the colors, Blue/Green/Yellow/Red, but just want the colors to better match. People have said that our Red might be too bright compared to the others. 2) Need to make sure the spacing between the letters is as best possible to be able read while scaled the logo down to a 16 width to be able to use for favicon and on social media sites as an icon.
