I am starting a blog that will require an Eastern European or American accent to read a script (from the blog). I expect to produce 1-2 scripts per week, for a 3-6 month period. An mp3 file, or GarageBand Project, must be delivered for each script. GarageBand is my preference. An accent is ok / preferred. But it cannot be too thick. The voice must be clear and easily understood. Since in normal speaking, we make mistakes that we then 'correct', it is acceptable to leave 1 or 2 of these in your finished product. Since you will be delivering the recording as a GarageBand project, I can edit out what I feel is not right or too much before uploading the finished version. We're using Whisper from OpenAI to create transcriptions of podcast audio. The quality of the base transcription is very good, but understandably, it doesn't recognize some specific terms/company names/people name. We want code to fine tune whisper to recognize these specific terms in training data, while keeping the quality of the rest of the transcript high. We are fining an expert now.
