I am using an Arduino UNO R3 with a Adafruit PCA9685 16 Channel 12-bit PWM Driver Servo shield. Information is attached. Servo's control a gate to the vacuum piping system that opens when a tool is energized and close when then tool is de-energized after a 5 second delay. Current relay monitors current on a power tool to activate the servo/gate and activate the vacuum motor. Using the serial monitor on the Arduino with no current flow the current relay has a read value of 513-516. With a power tool energized the current flow has a read value that climbs and falls on average of all tools from 310 to 715.

Hi , i have assembled a SCARA Robot, using the Arduino UNO and CNC Shield. It has 4 stepper motors to control the joint angles and a servo to control the gripper. Below is the link, to have a better idea about what i am talking about. The problem is that the code is a little buggy and doesn't work correctly. Example, when i move the slider angles , sometimes it goes back to home position or when i move the gripper value it doesnt seem to work properly. Please note tht my gripper is closed at 90 degrees and fully open at 0 degrees. My Z travel timits are 0 to 182 mm. here is the link and i will attach the original code from website.

We have an environmental control system which currently uses i2c sensors for temperature and moisture. We would like to change this to RS-485 sensors. Our microcontroller is ESP32-WROOM32E. Our development environment is Arduino IDE. We are going to use these sensors () and require firmware on our main board to interface with them. I want to have a light and jaw triggered by a motion sensor. When triggered the LED (powered by relay) is to light up X seconds before the jaw chomps X times and the light and jaw stop at the same time, delay and wait for motion again. The jaw will be moved by mirrored servos running in unison and the number of repetitions, degrees and speed are to be adjustable. I would also like there to be a button when pressed will open the jaw where it will remain open until the button is pressed again.
