I have been providing an exceptional customer experience for 8+ years. As a customer service professional I excel in maintaining client relations, problem solving and creative thinking. I have contributed to care teams with Verizon Wireless, AT&T, retail stores, whole sale and small businesses. I bring a fun and friendly aspect to the mundane customer service position! In my position with Talk2Rep I was a customer care chat specialist. I worked with a fantastic team providing superior results for our client AT&T. Our team success included consistently meeting client goals, exceeding competing company goals, and constantly providing exception customer service. Personally I was able to contribute to my team by filling in when needed, being flexible, meeting and exceeding company set metrics in handle time, customer satisfaction, and sales. Colleagues know me as an enthusiastic active participant and team player. I thoroughly enjoy being a productive team contributor. While I am fond of the team member roll I also work well independently finding focus and excelling in time management. I am eager to join in team continuity, communication, projects and work. Additionally, I am self-motivated and goal oriented. I am able to work with little or no supervision. My work style, habits, and adaptability make me suited for a variety of work environments including work from home. I am currently pursuing my bachelor degree in Psychology. In addition to a world class liberal arts core education, I have many communication, sociology, human services and psychology courses under my belt. I am currently pursuing new opportunities and my new home where I can show that I am a customer service rock star. In the meantime I am freelancing, working on my home business, and expanding my knowledge to better my skills for the customer service and communications field.
