Hello my name is Simon James i have been working as an assistant a few weeks now in my current position, my mine line of work is aviation and have been working in this industry since i left school. In my work i assist all passengers in getting them to there final destination if they have a delay i make sure that they get on to the right flight so they don't miss their connection. I also do all the corrections in the executive lounge's making sure that by the end of the mouth all of the guest that have arrived can be charged correctly for the length of stay they have had.
