YouTube video editor required (1 vid/week)

Looking for an experienced YouTube video editor to edit videos for my youtube channel about 0F & 0F Management with over 6k subscribers ([login to view URL]@bjornolsenofficial). Video Editing Requirements: For the upcoming YouTube content, I'm aiming for a specific aesthetic and functional style to enhance viewer engagement while maintaining the video's educational value. Please consider the following editing guidelines: Lighting and Tone: Apply a dark lighting or gradient effect to full-frame cuts to evoke a serious and adult-themed atmosphere. This should align with the secondary camera footage, which offers a different perspective and should be integrated seamlessly. Camera Angles: Intermittently cut to different angles to add dynamic visuals. The primary footage consists of a tutorial with my laptop screen visible and a smaller inset of me in the corner. The secondary footage provides an alternative full-frame angle of me. Please alternate between these two feeds thoughtfully to maintain viewer engagement without causing distraction. Background Music: Incorporate a low, subtle, modern, bass-heavy background track to complement the video's tone. The music should be unobtrusive yet enhance the overall feel of the content. Subtitles: Implement bold and captivating subtitles to underscore key points. These should be used sparingly, only to highlight crucial information, and not to clutter the video. The goal is to enhance understanding without overwhelming viewers with continuous text. B-Rolls and Imagery: Use B-roll footage and relevant imagery judiciously to reinforce the discussed points. It's crucial to avoid any juvenile elements such as memes, cartoons, or any imagery that undermines the video's professional tone. I have had a problem with editors applying for the job and then using this stuff and making my content look like an 8 year old filmed it. Editing Philosophy: While editing, please ensure that the style and pace do not detract from the educational content. It's essential to strike a balance where editing enhances clarity and engagement without overshadowing the information presented. Adopt a 'less is more' approach where necessary to prevent the video from becoming overly edited. I require 1 video/week and will be open to giving you more work if you do your job well and are a good fit for my content.
