xml visual basic base64 encoding for image upload

I need someone who can encode an image in base64 in an xml document using Visual Basic 6.0. We have written all the code but there seems to be a small problem with it so if you have done this before I am interested in talking to you. All you need to do is show me a script that will encode an image in base64 using Visual Basic 6.0 and I will paste it into an xml document and test that it works.
