Quicktime movie with content created with .xml

In short i need a movie file that can handle 380 names flying by the camera. I am NOT in the mood for writing 380 names myself in my After Effects layers and timeline. SO - i actually don't care how this is solved - if it is Flash, After Effects, Premiere or any other software from Adobe...as long as the text can be loaded dynamicly, so i dont have to write 380 names myself. I have uploaded a movie example on how i see the 380 names flying by the camera. I have made a test with a dynamic flash-file and it looks like i am able to export the xml-content as a quicktime movie. SO - it is quite simple what i need. I just don't know exactly how to do it. Looking forward to hear from you.
