333757 Flash XML menu change

I have a website built from a template purchased from flashden.net. I have attached a screenshot of current menu (top of the image) and what I want it to look like (bottom of image). The menu is XML driven and I need it to stay that way. I have also attached the flash source file with the xml for you to view. The new menu bars are a green shade and words should be a light grey. When they are moused over the bars will change to yellow and words to pure white. I need this within 48 hours and will only accept bids from experienced XML/Flash programmers.
