Flash Gallery App with linked xml data

I need someone to build a Flash App from designs we have generated (more to the sucessful freelancer). The interface needs to have a dropdown menu of specifed dated (specified from the xml file). There is also a list of buildings, which need to be specified and displayed in the menu dynamically from the xml file. Also within the xml the co-ordinates for an area to defied as a transparent button so that the building can also be clicked on via the main window area as well. Once the date is selected from the left hand pane, the interface update the main "image" to that date for the selected building. As far as the data is coincerned we see the dates should be assigned DateID number so that additional dates can be added later, likewise the buildings need a tag such as ImageName, these together form the image filename ([login to view URL]). The only other element is to have two small buttons to allow either the image (Shown as graphic) or a video (fly) playing, whilst we only need this on the "All Buildings" image (the first in the list) if its easy to add a separate tag to each building entry to show or hide these button it woudl be beneficial, but not essential. You will get the idea when you check out the attachments. I will provide you with the graphic design of the interface, your job will be to code it in Flash & AS.
