Create workflow diagrams in Visio. Each diagram will use a great deal of the work done for the other as they will be alternate flows for a similar process. The enclosed hand drawing is included for consideration. I am expecting that there will be two interations of these documents after review of the first and adjustments are made to ensure accuracy of the presentation to the actual process.

I can really do this in a couple hours tomorrow - if we can get on IM to chat through questions/changes. You don't mention what version of Visio you would like. Some of the newer versions are not downward compatible unless it is intentionally saved in the older format. I have 2003 and 2000.
