Convert WordPress page to optimized HTML

I need you to create a page template for the home page at https://hemaway.vip. It is php file but most of the code should be HTML except the contact form and the last 3 posts. It should look and feel like the original page but with no junk code. It shall be only one PHP file with CSS and js(ES6) files separated. Please no third-party libraries like bootstrap, and js libraries just HTML, CSS, and if needed vanilla JS. Also, images should have webp alternative. All images are uploaded to the server no need to copy them to a separate folder. PHP on that page is only to show WordPress last 3 blog posts and contact form to send emails. It has to have great tag markup <address> and the rest. Also, it has to have schema markup which can be added later. HTML should be minimal also CSS and js. HTML classes and id are your decision. This is a test project, if all went well I need you to do that for the rest of the site and later to other sites.
