Dreamweaver based site converted into Wordpress

Hi, I have created a site in Dreamweaver and need someone to convert it into wordpress for me. The address of the current site is www.c3churchnc.com.au. Please look at the site and only bid if you are able to create the site as close to how it looks at the moment. Maybe just a bit neater. The homepage scrolling images is created in flash but I would like to use a plugin if possible to do the same effect. I also need contact forms installed. The headers need to be able to be changed in Wordpress if possible. Also images in the services page and conferences page need to be easily changed. HTML files with CSS as well as all the PSD and layout files will be provided as well as all the content. There are a few small extra pages I would like to add on the botton menu. Last thing is I want to set up an RSS feed for podcasts. If the job is done well than I will have a lot of future work. I am interested in adding login areas on this site eventually as well as secure online payments and online shops. I also have many other sites that need converting.
