366373 Wordpress theme from website

I need a 2-page website created as a Wordpress theme, as well as re-creating a few specific pages from the site. Here's what I need: (1) Develop a Wordpress theme from an existing website (I do not have any of the HTML files for that site). - The homepage of the theme should use the same layout and colors as this page: [login to view URL] - The secondary pages of the theme should use the same layout, colors, footer, and exact sidebar as this page: [login to view URL] (2) I also need these pages re-created (I will need the code for these pages in .txt format): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (3) I also need a squeeze page created that uses the layout of [login to view URL] , but with the same color/style of the [login to view URL] Wordpress theme. I will be using this template to launch information products in different markets. I want a WP theme that I can just insert a new header for, and easily launch new websites.
