mapping program for .net(repost)

have a lot of images in html pages locally and i want a .net app that i can point at different folders on my harddrive (it shoudl map to these folder automatically after i import a text file with several thousand lines of text - and then i point app in direction of a folder with several thousand sub-folders where each sub-folder have a distinct name that identifies the topic of these images. then I point app to a folder with html files and it then searches these html files and based on the keywords it used to find/map the first folders at first - then it uses these keywords to search the text of the html files - where it then makes makes a GUI list of: name of html file, name of image in the html file it then shows this info above - and then if 1 or more of the words are in the text file and in a different column gives a percentage match. I can then select all that has a minimum percentage match - or select all - or selcet individually for each line. Then when i click button "replace image in html file(s) with random image from folder" - then app takes a random image from the specific folder and copy/paste that image to the "images" folder for the site (locally ion my harddisk) and before copying the image then it re-names the image to the same image name that the html file had (this way replacing the current/old image).
