auto copy and validate

i work in the film industry and have to copy the memory cards from the cameras on a regular basic, sometime 5/7 at a time. what i want is an windows app that , when i put in a USB (card reader) it pops up with a box asking which camera (A,B, C ect) then will copy the root of the card to 3 diferent drives, creating a folder ie A003, A004 A005 ect this is the basic requierment secondarily i want to be able to perform various validations on the folder, ie , clip munder in sequance (clip_1, clip_2, clip_3 ) no missing numbers. clip in sequance from previous card , (last clip in card A001 is first clipi in A002 -1) play sample section of each clip from destination, once each clip copied, popup to enter details of completed copy clip, update filename. xxhash sum check copy on completion
