CSV 2 HTML Application needed

I require a SMALL Windows application that I can import a CSV file into (Title, Platform, image url, description) The application should take this information and generate thumbnails of each image and then generate a html thumbnail gallery (of say 100 thumbnails per page) with url links to HTML pages the application has generated for each of the products ? (please see image) ? I will supply you with a HTML template that the data should be inserted into into (template attached in ZIP file as well as a sample CSV file) Progress Bar would be nice. ? I should be able to sect source files (CSV & HTML files and OUTPUT FOLDER/s Verdana font should be used on output html files. Thanks
