You write limited budget: I can provide a limited budget solution, as long as we are clear that it's all it is. I've designed many shiny-interfaces, so I have the experience to do so. However, some of the things you ask for is clearly not within 1 hours work: designing a logo, custom-implementation of code to run etc. If you choose this very cheap offer, and send me the code you have I'll be able to: 1. set up amazon AWS server running shiny. 2. do the GUI with tabs, run button and download button Also, I'd like to see your existing code before I accept the job. If it's messy then it's more than 1 hour work.

Hi there, I have developed a Shiny-based website for data analysis in our lab, and have a very good working knowledge of Shiny apps. I develop data analysis pipelines in R for Differential Expression. Depending on how your data is structured, I can get this done in a relatively short amount of time.
