We are creating a system that, with the use of RFID, allows customers to scan before partaking in an activity and our integrated camera system will take videos and snapshots of the user and assign them to their profile. These pictures & videos can then be accessed. shared and downloaded from the apps/website we would like you to develop. This is phase 1.
Phase 2 will come after and we will be integrated a community elements (competitions etc) and also a wallet based cashless payments system.
Information from our software development to our previous designated developer is attached.
Also attached is a basic flowchart, this is just to give an idea of what we expect, this is not a design or a full technical layout. We welcome creative design. The system is marketed at children between 8-18.

Across all 3 platforms, android, iOS and web. We need customers to be able to access, watch, share (youtube, facebook & instagram) and download their videos. The user database is already being created in our back end and so is the video hosting and database. Information on how to interface with this back end is in one of the attachments. We have the logo in creation but apart from that all design work will need to be completed too. Also please note the flowchart is just an example of how we expect it to work. We are not designers by any means.
