We have recently created our T&C's and Data Protection Procedure. We need a qualified solicitor to provide written confirmation that they are correct and GDPR compliant.
Our company installs an integrated camera system in to leisure venues so we keep a small amount of data on file for use of logins. The videos our system are always wholly owned by the user and we only keep on our server for 48 hours to give the customer a chance to download or share their videos.
