255656 Blog Design

Project: I am looking to launch a new blog site. I would like the design to resemble the look of a newspaper. I envision a newspaper folded in half, and the look of the blog is the top half of the newspaper. Given the navigation controls of the blog, it obviously won't look exactly the same, but that is the general idea. Currently, the intent to is to create a video each day. The video will be the top post, kind of resembling the front page story. There will be one or two additional posts per day. The posts will be archived daily. The blog will likely be a two column blog, but this is unclear yet. As indicated by the job type, it will be a wordpress blog. I am uncertain on the colors of the blog. I ask that you use your discreation in creating the mock-up, and we can make determinations from there. The design format or language is open for you to determine. I simply expect a clean design that will work in all major browsers. This should be a fairly simple design project. ******************** The blog has not been installed yet. I already have a quote lined up for this and it will be installed by the beginning of your project, unless.... If you are interested in doing the installation as well, please include that in your price. Also, include which plugins you will install and why. Explain this in the pmb. I am perfectly capable of installing wordpress, it is really the hassle of finding the plug-ins and installing them that I am interested in avoiding. ********************** Requirements - You must be accessible via msn messenger or phone (U.S.). Once a satisfiable mock-up has been created, I will escrow the money. Payment will be sent once the design is successfully installed and files transferred to me.
