Design & Develop a Virtual Fitting Room for our Website

The VFR would look and feel similar to this [login to view URL] However we would be adding few more features. e.g. Feature that allows customers to choose either to select from our ready made dresses or customised from start. We are open to suggestion(s), however the software/application most have all the features on the sample website. And most be android ready. Please no time waster and no ridiculous quote.
