Zen Cart Website and Ecommerce

I need a qualified partner to develop my Zen Cart Website with full E commerce capabilities. I'm more interested in receiving a fully functioning site, that I can update on an as needed basis - adding pages, and products, than in spelling out for you word for word what the site needs today. It needs to be scalable and expandable, and I need to do it as needed. What I would like from you is something that is sophisticated, easy to use, and that I can update on my own as needed. I want the ability to add pages, products, etc. If I need to add further items or details then I can always come back to you for further site enhancements. Now I need a site developed as soon as possible. I will pay top dollar on an hourly basis, or a flat rate basis, based upon the delivery to me of a usable site that will work on the day I upload it to the host. If it doesn't work, I don't have time to hold a beginners hand to start from scratch. If things work properly I will contract further for long term maintenance, development, and upkeep.
