Populate and Setup a Wordpress website using Elegant Theme Template

We'd like a Wordpress wiz to add basic pages and functionality (you will be given the content, you just have to set it up and add the text). The Elegant Theme template is “Elegant Estate“. [login to view URL] You will need to : - Delete the main text box over the main photo so you can see the whole image - Add social media links and like button to homepage (facebook, youtube, linked in) - Add blogs on first page as per template - Links to videos on homepage - This site should end up looking as good as the template - Install and enable mobile plug in by elegant themes - Link on homepage to Enquiry Registration Form you create (registration form to include: ask what info they want (approx 4 options to choose from), how they heard about us (5 options), their email, phone and location details including state. Details of this info has to go into csv or worksheet format (eg. google docs) - Contact page to include a form as per template - Load 3 homes with details of them (so that we can easily load the rest) - Have the other pages on the site as per the template - Load images - Install Yoast SEO plugin and insert details installed (google verified and all steps) to get green lights on all pages. Include google tracking - Allow 2 rounds of changes in your quote - Allow 1 session on skype or similar for you to train (1-2 hrs) OR, you can give us easy training manual on how to use to manage, content manage to update site - Tested in internet browsers for compatibility and functionality (windows, ipad, mac, windows explorer and firefox at a minimum) - Be able to ensure it gets picked up by search engines - Redirect another website (and all of it’s pages) to point to this site when complete. This isn't essential but would be good - Install a calendar of events (not essential specify if included in your quote) - A Workshop/Course Registration Form to be added (similar to enquiry form) Skills and experience you must have these and show examples and proof of your abilities in your proposal: wordpress, wordpress template, wordpress plug in, SEO, website design, graphic design, CSS, HTML, Wordpress. NOTE: There is a large range for budget deliberately. Be honest in your quote.
